I know that I have posted a lot over the past few days because I have been on vacay from work. However, my new job starts tomorrow and I will be so tied up and probably won’t get many posts in this week.

Anywhoo, here are a few of my random irks before I jet out!

1. People who blow their noses or cough at the dinner table. That has got to be the most disgusting things to do while people are eating!! It only takes a second to get up and walk away or turn your head away from the table.

2. People who wipe their running noses with their hands. If you know that you have allergies/cold then you should always have some Kleenex nearby. You wipe your nose then you go around touching everything in sight! Gross me out!

3. People who make themselves out to be more than what they are. WHY????? Less talk and more action please!!

4. People who try to knock others that they really envy.

5. People who give up too easy. Reaching your goals take hard work! There is no such thing as failure…only lessons and progression!

6. People who constantly refer to another person as being FAKE….chances are they are the one’s who are fake and phony but calling you FAKE makes them feel better about themselves.

7. People who talk on their cell phones all damn day..while they are driving, shopping, cooking, on the toilet….give the phone a rest why dontcha! I will turn my phone off in a minute because sometimes I just don’t feel like being bothered….especially when I am shopping!! LOL!!

8. Women who don’t shave their pits!! I understand that some cultures don’t allow this but for others there is no excuse to have a bush underneath your arms while wearing a t-shirt. Then on top of that they have little white balls of deodorant stuck to their pit hairs…..EWWWWWW!

9. Men who think that I am supposed to be impressed when you throw all your fake titles at me. Diddy & Jay-Z don’t impress me so why would you? What you do and how much you make means nothing to me!! Realness is the key to my heart babes!

10. When parents let their kids leave the house looking like whodunnit, when, where and why!!! Your kids are a reflection of you….make them look their best!!

It’s so hard for me to accept the fact that Bow Wow is growing up. He still is a little baby boy in my eyes. Well even if I won’t allow him to be a man in MY eyes it damn sure doesn’t mean that he isn’t becoming one. This video he has for “Pole In My Basement” further shows that he is no longer LIL Bow Wow anymore. The video is a little provocative to me (where has my Lil Bow Wow gone…sniff…sniff) but I do like the music. Don’t expect to see this one on BET!

I guess I gotta get started on those pole dancing exercising classes….I’m trying to banana split for my man like Chardonnay did for Ray J! Maybe then I will consider getting a pole in my basement to add a little spice to my life…wink, wink!!!

Happy Friday my luvs!!! It’s going to be a sunny and HOT day in the A today!!! About to get out and run some errands, do a little shopping and take care of some business (I don’t go anywhere without my GPS). It’s been raining since I got here so I am going to enjoy this nice weekend we are going to have before I start at my new job on Monday! Definitely a Maxi Dress and sandal day today. Shout out to the CAVS for knockin it out the box last night!!! Stop giving up on them so quickly everybody…they just wanted to test us!!!

Lil Wayne’s ex wife Antonia “Toya” Carter and T.I.’s wifey Tameka “Tiny” Cottle have a new reality show airing on BET on June 30th after the BET Awards. The show will follow the two bff’s as they are immersed in the hip-hop world while working on creating their own business ventures. The reality show will be set in the heart of Atlanta and will show the women overcoming challenges while discovering who they are. Already blogs are down talking the show and they haven’t even seen it yet. Most claim that they will not be watching the show but we all know better!! I guess some have their preconceived notions about how these two ladies are going to behave. I am quite sure that we will not see anything reminiscent to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”so I am actually looking forward to exactly how they maintain everyday life as mothers with so much pressure from the media and etc. Stop hating on them and support them just as we do their BD’s!! Be sure to check them out!

If ever in Atlanta please stop by Straits located at 793 Juniper Street, NE ran by Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and chef Chris Yeo. You have to check out the Kung Pao Chicken Lollipops…yummy!! Another fav is the Banana Blossom Salad. BTW….Straits just celebrated it’s one year anniversary.

My father is a former member of the Cleveland based group “The Rude Boys”….Mr. Larry “Bingo” Marcus (they had the hit single “Written All Over Your Face”). Check out the comparison below. No I’m not accussing my father of stepping out…just sayin!! LOL!!!

Why is so hard for men and women to appreciate when they have a good one by their side? When you got a woman/man who is down for you and there for you mentally, physically and financially then why would you treat them any other way than with love and respect. I for one believes in Karma in that “what goes around comes around”. It’s hard finding someone that will be true to you and down for you no matter what so when you are unappreciative of that then you will find yourself missing out on the best thing to ever happen to you. Once that person builds up the nerve to leave then you finally open your eyes and realize what you missed out on. You might be able to make amends with the person and get things back on track but it will take a lot to get that person to trust you ever again. Don’t make the mistake of thinkin that just because you are forgiven that the mistakes you’ve made are forgotten. If he/she is willing to give the relationship another go ’round then make sure that you are fully committed to be that dedicated, respectful man/woman that person deserves. Appreciate having a woman/man who will be by your side because when everything else fails that is the one who be there for you when everyone else turns their back on you.

Kanye West has released a new video for his song “Paranoid”. The video stars Rihanna who is doing the damn thing (no homo) yet I can’t quite grasp what she is trying to do with her hair. When she first rocked her short cut everybody was running to the salon to copy. Now her hair is similar to that of a rooster….needs a little taming! Kanye is always coming out with hit after hit…I would love to see a video made for “See You In My Nightmares”. Check out the video below:
