Nisha Yvette aka Kool Kitty is known as a “jane of all trades”. She is a lifestyle specialist, a trendsetter, blogger, tastemaker and deal maker.

Nisha was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio in a family full of musical talent. Her father, Larry “Bingo” Marcus, a former member of the Cleveland based group “The Rude Boys” who wooed the world with their hit single “Written All Over Your Face”. Other notables in her family include her cousin the great blues singer BB King and her grandfather, Prentiss Barnes, who was a member of the Moonglows, a R&B group once popular in the 1950’s.

Nisha Yvette started off wanting to be a singer as she would sing background vocals for her father in the studio from time to time. As she grew older her career outlook changed. Nisha Yvette knew that she would make a greater impact in the industry by using the skills and knowledge she has to break into the entertainment, fashion and music scene.

Nisha Yvette is a classy, outspoken, goofy and honest woman. She works hard at branding her image and keeping it @100 with her readers on her blogs. Currently she has a very successful blog, KatOutTheBag.com, that provides all the hottest information on celebrity gossip, relationships, music, fashion and loads of other topics. Her blogs represent who she is so she posts on things that interest her and not necessarily what every other blog is posting on. She is also working on opening up her own entertainment public relations firm in the near future. Additionally, Nisha is a contributing lifestyle editor for Singersroom.com and assists with the hard working fellas at the Raw Report.
